Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹999
  • Standard Shipping: Flat ₹50 for orders below ₹999
  • Express Shipping: ₹150 for next-day delivery in metro cities
  • International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination

Delivery Timeline

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune)
  • Tier 2 Cities: 5-7 business days (Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Chandigarh, etc.)
  • Rural Areas: 7-10 business days
  • North-East & Island Areas: 10-14 business days
  • International Orders: 10-21 business days depending on customs

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

Shipping Restrictions

Please note the following shipping limitations:

  • No delivery to PO Box addresses
  • Some remote pin codes may not be serviceable
  • Alcohol-based tinctures cannot be shipped to Gujarat, Bihar, Nagaland, and Mizoram
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties (customer responsibility)
  • Perishable items not shipped during extreme weather conditions
  • Maximum package weight limit: 25 kg per shipment

Delivery Issues & Support

If you face any delivery issues:

  • Delayed Delivery: Contact us after expected delivery date + 2 days
  • Damaged Package: Do not accept delivery. Take photos and contact us immediately
  • Wrong Address: Address changes possible only before shipping. ₹100 re-routing charges apply
  • Lost Package: Full refund or replacement after courier investigation (7-10 days)

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours on business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You'll receive confirmation with tracking details.

Pan India Delivery

We deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India including remote areas. International shipping available to USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and UAE on request with customs support.

Secure Packaging

Eco-friendly packaging with biodegradable materials. Fragile items like crystals, singing bowls, and glass bottles receive double-layered bubble wrap and sturdy corrugated boxes.

Delivery Partners

We work with trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post. All shipments are insured against damage or loss during transit for your peace of mind.

Order Packaging

Each order includes product invoice, care instructions for Ayurvedic products, healing crystal guide, and a handwritten thank you note. Gift wrapping available on request.

Cash on Delivery

COD available for orders up to ₹5,000. Additional ₹50 COD handling charges apply. Prepaid orders get 5% instant discount. UPI, cards, wallets accepted for online payment.
